Using the same techniques and principles as Paul Mckenna, I will tailor the 6 week course to your needs.
This course is all about weight management.
During the course you will be encouraged to:
- Look at your eating habits and also your capacity to burn calories.
(It is generally accepted by both the medical profession and the complementary health sector that extra weight comes about because the calories taken in are unequal to the calories burned off by movement, exercise or work.) - Look at your attitudes and viewpoints over a large spectrum of beliefs.
- Look at nutrition and the attributes of different foods.
- Examine the concept of willpower.
- Dispel the notion that diets are valuable in managing weight. You will find out why they are definitely Not recommended!
- Keep a journal of your food consumption and the context in which it occurs.
- Relax and enjoy the support provided by your consultant and the conversations that emerge to put your plan for weight management on a firm foundation.
This course is as much a learning opportunity as a weekly consultation. The learnings that are generated ensure that clients rarely, if ever, return to some of the lifestyle choices they embraced before coming in.
