Other uses for Hypnosis

  • Raising self Esteem. One of the most common uses is for raising self esteem. Many of us are prey to those destructive little inner voices that seem to erode our self confidence. I believe that there are many ways of dealing with this and one way is to bring that aspect of ourselves into consciousness and then change our habitual response.
  • Assertiveness training. Realise it is OK to say what you mean, calmly and clearly and notice how others accept it.
  • Stop negative thinking. How many opportunities are you going to miss out on because of a limiting belief! Once you are able to see that thinking more positively can open doors then imagine how much further you can go in so many areas of your life!
  • Anxiety control. Do you believe that dwelling on anxious thoughts can lower your energy? Absolutely! Take control of your thought processes and start to live the way you want.
  • Feeling uncomfortable with authority and public places. Change your old habits to dissociate yourself from these out worn and unnecessary feelings.
  • Fears - such as rejection, difficulty with confrontation, fear of failure, and irrational fears to do with the physical world.
