My own experience in Stopping smoking and helping others wishing to stop
John Cutts, Hypnotherapist
I understand how to help because the problem you are addressing was once mine!
Yes! In what now seems a previous life I used to be a smoker, and I remember being in two minds about whether to stop or continue. It seemed that everytime I had made some real progress towards stopping for good something was calling me back.
Who better to help someone stop smoking than an ex smoker!
Just like you I struggled for years with the cycle of smoking, stopping for a while and then giving in to the urge to return to it- mistakenly for some "satisfaction!"
I know now that I have finally stopped for good and will never go back - and I stopped with the same method that I use to help others just like you stop now.
Previously I regarded myself as an occasional smoker; in control and able to have one now and again.
Twice I stopped completely - each time for about 5 years.
When my habit returned I firmly believed I could just switch it off again - as many of you may have done.
Nothing could be further from the truth!
Eventually I got someone to help me stop, and was so impressed by the ease and finality of the process, that I knew immediately it had taken effect.
My new experience was tinged with disbelief that I had allowed myself to suffer for so long, and at the same time I was full of gratitude at becoming free of the tyranny at last.
I also found I had so much new respect for the process of painlessly stopping that I wished others could share my luck.
As luck itself would have it my wish became a reality.
In 2002 I qualified as a Stop Smoking practitioner approved by the American Board of Hypnotherapy.
During the last 10 years I have also become licensed and certificated in the art and science of NLP to Master Practitioner level.
In the last 5 years I have seen literally hundreds of people who have sought me out to gain the same outcome...
To Stop Smoking once and for all!
And... to stop smoking the quickest and easiest way
And Stay stopped...
